While I received good service from your desk personnel, I am not as yet satisfied with the finish work on my truck. I have a nasty rattle in the right rear of my truck and my right tail light does not work. I contacted your staff person Rita regarding these issues and she was gracious, however, as of this writing I have been unable to return to your repair facility in Manteca due to my work schedule in Fremont.
