The car looked great, even with a few of the challenges that the car started with. I completely understand your painter challenges and was very appreciative of the communication. For the record, our car was going to be a “total lose” after the assessment of the other Abra(CC) location. After challenging the value of the car, thus reducing the percentage of demand, your team did an awesome job completely the work for the estimated amount State Farm provided after the hail storm. Thank you for saving my son’s car from the auction graveyard and me the pain-staking headaches of finding him a new vehicle.
