They got me in bright and early the day after my accident and were very friendly and helpful. All throughout the process Floyd sent me messages telling me the process and where they are at with the repairs. Once I picked my car up it was good as new and they even vacuumed my car out which was super sweet of them! To all the mechanics, Floyd, and the gal at the front thank you so much for easing my anxiety and helping me get my car back to normal!

Everything and everyone was amazing! They got my car in the day after the accident right away. Walked me through the initial assessment and within the next 24 hours took it apart, had a total and ETA for the finished date. Floyd kept me updated every week, texting me 2-3x a week which is amazing! They got my car done early, it was done with great precision and they even vacuumed my car! Everyone at Caliber is so nice and great at what they do! Thank y'all so much!

10 out of 10 would recommend stopping in at caliber collision in Marion. I dealt with Floyd and he was very helpful in the process as well as had great communication for when my vehicle would be completed and he updated me daily. I am a single father of three and don't really have time to clean my car and they detailed my car inside and out I cant tell you how much I appreciate that.
