The staff were very efficient any pleasant. It was surprising to see a clean mechanic. I appreciated the thorough explanation and details. This was a first. The estimated finish time was true. From the time we made our first phone call to Caliber Collision we felt like we had dealt with the office staff for years! They took the time to answer our questions, helped us to understand how to deal with the insurance and also helped us to work through with rental car process too! We feel the staff were the reason the whole process was easy! The work done on our truck was perfect! It took less than the time estimated, which was awesome! We will definitely use them again!

Exceptional communication through process. From the initial drive up Jordan showed interest and took pictures. Made us feel important in a way. Floyd took over and he equally served our needs and communicated well. The quality of the work was excellent. Thank you.

They did excellent work but may need to find a more reliable parts dealer. Car repair was delayed multiple times because they received bad parts. Although I do appreciate that they didn't just use the inferior part and waited until they had a good part to use.

The work done on our car was exceptional. The customer service was without a doubt the most impressive experience we have ever experienced! Floyd kept us updated weekly in the progress of the repairs and was always available to answer our questions. This was the only positive experience I’ve had at a body shop. Start to finish: great. The receptionist was kind, caring, and all around lovely to deal with. Another gentleman gave me a ride when the rental didn’t show, and helped me get stuff out of my truck when I came back for it. It was being washed at that time and I could tell, walking up, that the girl was being very deliberate in doing an excellent wash. I regret not catching any of their names because they all were great and consummate professionals. Cole was excellent as well and communicated throughout the process as well as procuring the most desirable part for the job. The repair was done quickly and correctly. Additionally, down the road a ways, I realized that the interior had been thoroughly detailed! What a pleasant surprise. I really can’t say enough good things about the whole staff there at Caliber. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
