Katie was PHENOMENAL!!! She consistently kept me updated with my car was also prompt with replies. I will recommend Caliber BECAUSE of her. The detail work and assembly of my car was absolutely top notch and it works almost better now then when I first got the car in July!

I would give a 10 as my car looks absolutely perfect after getting it back and it is cleaned beautifully, however, the process took over two weeks to complete. It was not all on caliber as they had to wait on parts/documents etc, but it was very long.

I really appreciated the regular updates from Brian; there had been alot of damage and he let me know the steps being taken. The car was returned to me clean and 100% fixed. We did a walk around the vehicle to confirm, which I liked.
