They did a great job keeping me updated on progress, helped me with the rental car, and never talked down to me. They were very flexible about drop off and pick up times, and helpful when I needed something from the Jeep that I forgot.

We were VERY pleased with the friendly customer service and service we received at Caliber Collision. Brian continually updated us on the process of the vehicle with texts and emails. I hadn't heard of Caliber before my car was towed there on the recommendation of my insurance company. I did some searching and read some online reviews. The few that I saw were positive so I decided to leave my car for the devastating repairs it needed. I was grateful for the updates I received. And shocked to receive a notice that my car was ready for pickup in a few weeks. I thought I would be waiting much longer. The car looks great! The paint is amazing, the replacement pieces appear as if they have always been there. Thanks for the friendly greeting even though I picked up my car just before closing. Will recommend your shop to anyone that needs you.

AMAZING service. Honestly, 10/10. From start to finish. My collision intake done by Katie Conrad was efficient, thorough, and communicative. Although my parts were on back order for months, she never lost sight and forgot about my claim. After my parts were in Brian was in constant communication with me about parts and the extent of the damage. He went above and beyond tracking down parts (the only one left in the country) and had me back on the road in a weeks time. I know my car was pushed quickly through repairs but undoubtedly was never rushed. This team is top notch!!! Thanks CC, me and my VW appreciate the love.
