To be honest, I didn't expect how great the communication was with me. It's like I knew everything that was happening in real time. This is a huge deal. 5 star job, the fix looked perfect and the cherry on top was a super clean vehicle I get back. Couldn't rate Caliber's customer service and attention to detail any higher.

Repairs were done well, but had my truck for 7 business days to hang a front bumper that they preordered parts. Needed a little paint, but basically lost track and it sat in shop for a very long time for what was being done.
