The service Brian provided is absolutely amazing. It’s more convenient for me to use a different caliber location… But I choose to go out of the way and visit this location because of the unmatched service levels. The staff is so courteous… And follow up is amazing! I’ll only us Caliber Marion.

Great communication, amazing detail team(my car windows and backup camera weren't even that sharp when I got it from the dealer brand new). Amazed how great the front end looked, better than when I got it back from McGrath after the hail damage repair when I got it new. Great job everyone, would recommend you to anyone and everyone!

I forget the name of the man who helped me, but he had glasses and wears a baseball cap! He was extremely nice, and helpful! He’s amazing with efficiency, and kept me updated every step of the process by sending me texts!! He did a phenomenal job! I couldn’t even tell the car was ever wrecked. He had my car finished and back to me sooner than expected too, much sooner!! I’ll be taking my car back for anything I need in the future :)
