We appreciate that this was a painless experience. I guess it's a good thing that we aren't familiar with the process, but we greatly appreciate the time you have taken to make this stressful process so easy. You took care of contacting the insurance company, the rental car company, the (almost daily) text message updates, and just keeping me informed. I appreciate Brian and Katie taking time to explain the process and keeping it so simple for me. We live a hour away and the service we provided was well worth the drive. On top of doing a spectacular job on Patrick's car, it was even detailed when we picked it up. Thank you for making this stressful situation so much easier to handle.
