I really appreciated how communicative and friendly Katie at Caliber was throughout the entire process. Though the repairs were lengthy, it didn't take as long as initially predicted and Katie kept me updated every step of the way, and was very helpful when decisions had to be made.

This shop is amazing. The people that work there are unbelievable. I left my car there for a repair before a trip I had to take and the manager took the time to take me to the bus station in Cedar Rapids and since I misses the bus there he drove us to Iowa City. On our way back from our trip he was at the bus station waiting for us. My car was fix and ready to go. They took care of everything with my insurance. I would recommend this shop to anyone I know. They have great service, they are very professional and friendly.
