Very Satisfied with Caliber. They kept me updated throughout the repair process and were very kind and professional. The car looked incredible when I picked it up. I am very picky too. Great job! I highly recommend! I hope I never have to use them again, but if I need body repair, no doubt I would use them again.

Friendly, explained everything as I was an equal , not talked like I was!!!!!! Joshua listened and answered all questions I had. When my husband came in told him the same thing . Job was done earlier. Car was clean when I got it back and they even took care of the rent a car whe I picked it up

Everyone is gracious and our customer experience is top notch. We really appreciated the quick response and repair time for our 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee. We really appreciate the extra step to vacuum and wipe down the interior of our vehicle, as I had not yet had a chance to get to that after winter yet. I would like to commend the employees at Caliber for restoring the dents and scratches on the Jeep. There is no evidence of any prior damage. Well Done!
