Although the parts for my repair were delayed, Jordan kept me informed about the repair. I also appreciate that when we dropped off the car, he directed his comments to me, not my husband (it was my car!). The car looks as good as new.

Another top tier experience at this location. I truly believe that Pam at the front desk starts the process off smooth as can be, and she really knows her stuff. Cole has always and I mean always been professional updates, and truly treats you like family. Even when there was an error in the decal being redone, stopped what he was doing to make it right. This is my second experience with Caliber and working with both individuals! I can strongly say that I truly believe the passion is between these two individuals alone will keep you in business for years to come. Merry Christmas and Happy New Years to all! Jordan kept on top of the repairs. He updated me once or twice a week to let me know what was going on with my car. If something was not up to 100% satisfaction , he did what he could to make sure the repairs were perfect. I would highly recommend Caliber Collision to anyone in need of repairs. When I picked up my car. It was detailed inside and out. Totally satisfied with the quality of service.
