I came in, everything was thoroughly explained to me. The overall work took a few days longer, but the insurance covered the rental so it was not a problem. In the end, the job got done to high-end standards and my truck was returned to me in good clean condition. They worked very well with the insurance and car rental company. May I never need them again but it's nice to know they are there.

To be honest, my husband used this facility a few years back because he had a horrific accident and his car came back impeccable and recommended to me. So I unfortunately had an accident and immediately remembered to use the same facility. So yes, highly recommending to all.
