Thank you all from Caliber - everyone was great - you turn a bad accident experience into one that wasn’t so bad . Liberty Mutual people were great and helpful. Caliper work made our car look like the day we bought it. Fantastic communication throughout the process from day one until the day we picked up the car . Enterprise people were also kind and compassionate and made the rental process easy with delivery and dropping off - thanks to everyone - we were very pleased and have already been recommending all parties to people we know

Caliper was fantastic- everyone we dealt with was friendly - professional - and made us feel welcomed. Our service manager was great - she answered all our questions and she communicated with us almost daily by telling what phase of the repair process our vehicle was in right from the start with the estimate process and agreed costs with Liberty Mutual and the entire repair process from day one to repair being done to painting process to final detailing process to pick up time and handling car rental with Enterprise. The vehicle as I have been telling friends- family- and neighbors hasn’t looked this perfect since the day we bought the vehicle. I highly recommend Caliber Collision and I have already done so to several people I know . Thank you Caliber you turned a headache into an experience that wasn’t as bad as we thought it could be.
