They did not buff out my entire car so it would match the bak, n they never replaced or put on my rain guard wheel well flap on the front driver side, they left the piece in my trunk....i would have recommended them to everyone, but now i will not

From start to finish, the staff was superbly professional. Although I had issues with my insurance & the tow (not Caliber's fault) the staff was beyond friendly & courteous. Adam explained everything to me in great detail & personally called me periodically during the process to let me know what was going on in addition to the daily text messages. Tracy & Marilyn were also extremely friendly & a great reflection on the shop. They answered all of my questions & made sure I was completely happy.
