After having my car for two full weeks, I was surprised to find that when I arrived to pick it up, the plastic molding on the bottom of the rear passenger door was not properly attached. When I pointed it out, your representative agreed there was a noticeable gap and advised that a new part would need to be ordered and replaced. I would have expected this issue to have been identified and corrected before I was contacted and informed that the vehicle was ready for pickup. After being without my car for two weeks, it was disappointing to discover that the repair was not fully completed. I look forward to a prompt resolution of this matter and to having the repair completed as originally expected.
