There’s was a lot of confusion. Car was dropped off, glass wasn’t order until the 2nd week there. I was called by caliber auto glass after the eta of the car supposedly being finished. The female asked me what type of glass to order. I was annoyed since the car had been sitting at the shop for a month at this point and she’s asking me what type of glass for the Tesla. That’s not my job to know the part #. The reason it’s at the shop with professionals.

Was told my car was completed. When I arrived to pick up my car (not even an hour later) everyone was at lunch. Only one person was at front desk. She advised me that if she does not see me pull away in my car then I need to come back in to tell her there is an issue. I proceeded to let her know that there was an issue and at that time she advised again that there was no one at that time to help address the concern. She finally stopped a gentlemen named Greg who happened to walk by and asked him if he had time to address my engine light being on. It was so unprofessional and he was even shocked.
