Ashley was awesome, very professional and cares a lot which shows and i really appreciate it. Just hard to be fully satisfied when the car still has damage to the plastic oil pan covers under the car where i now have to figure out getting those fixed, one of which i think they said was new but bc of how it wouldnt connect properly, i think they said from something during a past oil change prior to the accident as explained to me, that bc of that the new plastic oil pan cover dragged along the ground incurring new damage within 24 hrs of receiving the car back. I get it how thats possibly from something from before the accident so dont want this to reflect on ashley or the team. The team was great, ashley got back to me right away to take a look at what i was referring to and the tech was right there to do what they could, its clear theyre good at what they do and are passionate, ashley, as well as the tech (i apologize but i didnt catch their name), they are great and major assets. Literally any questions/concerns during the process ashley was calling me within seconds which was awesome, as a consumer you want someone responsive and knowledgeable and that is ashley, she is a major asset. Just car stuff in my car where its hard to be fully satisfied when at the price point, i think it was just over $8,000 where was hoping at that price point that the car would be fully fixed but then it still has some damage that i have to figure out how to get fixed. Thank you to ashley and the team for fixing the bumper/hood/etc, i really appreciate it and you guys are awesome, i know that stuff isnt easy, body work is like artwork so big thank you. Thank you

Ashley did an amazing job keeping informed on the progress of the repair. She was thorough in her explanations of everything that needed repair. The work completed on the car looks perfect. I reported the damage to my car on a Monday, and by Tuesday it was already in the shop at Caliber Collision in Charles New Jersey with a rental car salesman ready to take me back to enterprise to sign the paperwork for the rental car, which was covered by my insurance.
