The damaged area from the accident looks perfect. However, I requested an unrelated scratch to be repaired at my own cost and it wasn't done. My husband thinks maybe the scratch was filled in, but I'm not sure?

They did a great job with my repair. When I came to pick up my vehicle my hatch would not open they took the time to fix the hatch before I left to go back to Pennsylvania

I thought Robert at your Marmora location was excellent. He communicated on what was going on with the Repair. However, there was an issue with the door lock on the passenger side. We are in the process of trying to resolve the issue and I will be meeting with Robert on Friday, July 10.
