From start to finish Bob Heady made my repair seamless! I was kept abreast each step along the way. Bob even orchestrated repair to a window repair not related to the accident. I called and inquired if this repair could be done while in for service. Bob made it happen for me! My car looked like it came out of the showroom when I picked it up today! In addition, Bob went over the repairs showing me what was replaced and making sure all was working properly. I cannot say enough things about Caliber Collision in Marmora.

I have never experienced a car repair with such satisfaction. I also needed a glass repair which had nothing to do with the accident. I called to see if possible to be repaired while my car was being serviced. Bob coordinated and it was completed. I am so happy and pleased!

Bob and over experience was great but once I got home and looked at repairs at different angle there are tons of fisheyes and paint appears to have an orange peel look to it.

Car is pulling, now has a charging issue, put a battery in and still has an issue, brought car to Ford and said it has a pinched wire now. Right head light is blinking. Had to rent a car today
