The quality of the work was excellent however there were other issues.

The personnel were very polite and accommodating. I dropped off my pickup truck on Nov.3rd and didn't get it back until Jan.20 th, almost 2 1/2 months. I realize they found more damage than originally noticed and I also realize that Covid issues are delaying most things. However, that much time caused me some inconvenience (my insurance rental was for only 30 days). If I had known what to expect earlier, possibly within two weeks of dropping it off, I would have been able to make other arrangements.

Matt, Sunshine and the man from Vegas were WONDERFUL! They were super helpful and were genuine friendly humans! They explained everything to me and kept me updated every step of the way. Matt went above and beyond to help me with my car problems!!! Will def be back!

This is a very professional shop. Work was done extremely well and in a timely manner. There was a problem with the replacement headlight as well as the other passenger side headlight. They worked out the problem with the insurance company and after the new lights came in, had the fixed with in 2 hours. I am very pleased with the whole process.

John Magri was very communicative about the repair process. He did 100% of the repairs as promised in the time frame that was agreed upon! The Chevy high country truck looks brand new😍 They returned it to us Super clean Sparkling inside and out 🤗 We would highly recommend Caliber Collision’s Marmora repair shop and John Magri as your go to guy 😉
