Words cannot express how happy I am with the service and the employees at Caliber Collision. With the covid-19 panda they were really so reassuring so efficient and so quick in the repairs if I could recommend 10 stars for them I would and I've been telling my friends they must go there when the need arises. They told me they would restore the rhythm of my life referring to the ability to use my car and at this time that was a good description of what it felt like to no longer be able to use my car. I left my purse in the car and called them and I had no way to get it and they dropped it off for me I wish I could explain how happy I am with him. I it's not my first experience I've been rear-ended on parking lots and in the past and had other collision services over the years. The thing they did to was to keep in touch with an automated text but he always followed it up with his own text Kim in the office went out of her way to look for my purse when I called she kept in touch with me allowed me to complete the transaction on the phone because of Jonny and Tommy and I've forgotten all their names there was three men just wonderful and when the pandemic is over I plan to go and hug every one of them. I'm a senior on low income and this is my last car and it means a lot to me. I'm telling everybody about them

Once I had brought the car in for an initial inspection of the damages, I took the car home. Caliber came and picked my car up at my house, and delivered it to me when the repairs were complete.

Kept me informed through the whole process. Dropping off my truck with the damage and they didn’t have me wait at all and they dealt with insurance agency and all I had to do was pay my deductible.

Everyone was very professional and helpful to me and the car looks great and they clean the car very nicely. The only downside I would say is they put some kind of smell inside my car that I’ve had it keep airing it out because it doesn’t smell good to me it seems a little toxic but I know I was very happy.
