This was my first time having a repair. I dealt with Tom Tilson. Tom made this process simple. He scheduled me at my convience and updated me with progress as I requested. Tom was friendly and attentive with my vehicle and I. When we picked it up he offered my kids some popcorn and they were thrilled. I trust Tom with my car. I was told that my work was performed by a tech named Rob. Rob is a very skilled tech. My dent was pretty bad and now you would never know it was there. The hood looks perfect. My overall experience with Caliber Collision was a good one. All the people were friendly and helpful. The work exceeded my expectations and I got the car back earlier than expected. My vehicle stopped working after being repaired, the electrical issues caused by my blow out were not fixed. Hopefully it will be repaired now the insurance has had it towed back

My initial estimate was 3 days for the work to be completed. It took 3 weeks. And a small dent on the bumper that I asked to be fixed was not.
