I am not satisfied at all. My truck looks nice what they did that’s a customer. Service sucks. Apparently people do not communicate within the office. The guy I originally started working with quit and didn’t pass along any information to the person that took over for him and they had my truck for almost 3 months for a small deer hit

My car was delayed 4 times each with at least a week in-between. I had to personaly call for updates, they never called me. After finally getting my car back they only offered me a simple we're sorry. And i missed 3 mayor holidays b/c of all the delayes.

I don’t really know how to evaluate things other than how they look. The car came back looking great. I’ve had it back for about a week now, and so far everything seems to be running well. Caliber communicated well during the experience, but there were a number of delays. All in all, I think they did a good job.

It took 2 corrections to get everything correct. At first the front bumper was not fitting correctly on one side. They replaced it and it looked good. The fender was out of adjustment. They then adjusted that and got everything fixed to my satisfaction.

The body work was a 10, the car was clean and all the cameras were positioned. The work took longer than insurance covered for a rental, to compensate Collision covered the expense. Communication with updates was non-existent to me and insurance rep. I'm guessing because it's a new location.

The outside repairs look fine, and the staff were nice. However, there are a few reasons why I rated my experience as 5: The estimated time of completion was delayed. This hindered my mobility significantly. Also, my car was there for around 2 weeks, and during that time my tires lost air pressure. I’m assuming it would have been a simple and easy fix to return my car without tire pressure issues (as there were no issues when I dropped it off), but when I was given the car back all of my tires had low pressure. One tire was as low as 24 PSI. Also, cosmetically, the carpet portion on the inside is noticeably altered and sticks out from the repairs.
