Repairs took a long time and my expected pickup date got changed about 4 of 5 times. That's something I could deal with, staff was apologetic and even waived my deductible for the inconvenience. However, I just picked my car up on 12/06/2025 and today on 12/07/2025 my entire driver's side exterior door handle came completely off when I went to open my door, it just popped right out! It looks like a bolt wasn't put back in. I find this completely unexceptable and it doesn't exactly instill confidence regarding the rest of the repairs.

Repair seemed well! I didn’t like that when I showed up to pick my car up I wasn’t told that you don’t accept cash, that should be told when dropping the car off! I had to drive to another location t retrieve my car. Then drive clear to the bank! So letting people know you’re cashless would be a great idea, instead of pointing to a sign.

This will depend upon how they resolve my issues and improve the quality of the repair. The process and people were great. If they make it great on quality and with good understanding of why initially wasn't good, then I could be persuaded to have good recommendations.

There are several little issues. The new front end is off in several places, not hloding together properly, 2 connectors already came out near wheel well. I am going back Friday to show them and see what can be done to fix the problem. Not sure if issues due to cheap aftermarket parts or assembly, but the new bumper components aren't aligned / connected right currently.
