They were professional and had no problem getting the parts, they gave me updates on the repair and everything looks great. They went out of their way to send me a ride to pick up my car. Great people great service and they made me feel special. I would recommend them to anyone in Washington.

Angel kept me informed through the entire process, I didn’t have to ask for a status once. The repair crew did an excellent job, and the clean was exceptionally well done, it looked like they detailed the interior of my car. Very pleased and will definitely use them again if the need arises

Caliber Collision is the best of the best, they did such a good job fixing my GMC sierra after I had been in an accident. Angel the service writer was very communicative with changes and kept me updated along the way. I would recommend Caliber to everyone!

The communication was amazing, I was updated every step of the way. They had reached out to me to let me know my grille couldn’t be replaced with the same one my truck came with due to it being discontinued, and sent me a photo of an updated one, I agreed with the replacement and had asked them to paint match it to my truck. They happily agreed!
