From the moment our car was towed to the West Chester location to the day we picked it up we got steady updates and progress reports! In between those texts and emails a technician also touched base and assured us they would handle the arrangements between our insurance company and Enterprise. The fact that I could pick up my car and leave my rental there was also an added convenience. They made things seamless at a time where many things were up in the air for us. The warranty is also an added benefit and piece of mind, its a testament that CC stands by their work!
