First... Patty was awesome. She was in constant contact with me throughout. Always happy and willing to answer any questions or concerns. My only complaint would be a lack of attention to detail on the part of the repair crew. There was a scratch left on my vehicle which was fixed as soon as I pointed it out. And the trim was missing around my wheel wells at pick up. I will be returning to have that finished next week. But other than that the overall experience was good. Thank you
