I never received my car key back. I tried calling the office several times and got no answer. I was informed earlier in the day that the office didnât close til 5pm and still got no answer. Thereâs a noticeable space between my bumper and my hood as if itâs crooked

Patty and mike were totally amazing through all of this. My car looks like a brand new car and I plan on bringing my car back for all future repairs... the customer service was top notch!!! I have managed a FedEx for 20 years and finding companies with great customer service is valuable... I will tell everyone about this place!
