The staff was professional and caring. I was constantly reassured that I would be taken care of. And I have to admit, that I was truly taken care of. I was pleasantly surprised with the results, in that the repaired side made my car look brand new! The other side of the car reminded me that it is not 🤷🏽♀️. I tried to spread the word about CALIBER, but those I spoke to said they already knew of their excellent service. I am more than thankful and a special shout-out to Shawn.

The process and communication between our insurance carrier and Caliber was very smooth and fluid. But what made the experience stellar was the staff and service at the Mays Landing Caliber. Receptionist /assistant was stand out friendly and patient. The daily notifications of process/stages were helpful, too… Thank you.
