Everyone was very helpful and nice. The communication was great, they kept in touch with text messages updating me. The work was done quickly and the.car came out looking fantastic! I recently took my truck in for service after an accident, and Rashawn Hubbard was the service advisor who assisted me. He provided excellent service from beginning to end. He was professional, punctual, and kept his word. He told me my truck would be ready by Tuesday, and unlike many experiences where delays happen, it was actually completed on time instead of being pushed back another week. On top of the accident repairs, I needed an additional piece fixed on my truck and told him I was willing to pay separately if they could take care of it. He made sure it was handled, which I truly appreciated. Rashawn was very informative and kept me updated throughout the entire process, letting me know whenever parts arrived and when services were completed. Communication like that makes a huge difference. I was also pleasantly surprised that the Enterprise rental was already waiting for me at the location where I had my truck serviced, which made everything even smoother. I’m extremely satisfied with the service I received and very grateful for Rashawn’s help. I highly recommend requesting him if you go there. Thank you so much for making a stressful situation much easier. Great service all around!
