The vehicle was not repaired correctly the first time. A more than obvious issue still lingered in plain sight. The car was attempted to be returned to me, in less than "repaired" condition. I denied the vehicle, and it stayed in the shop nearly two additional months, while I kept receiving seldom excuses masked as updates, blaming the CAPA certified bumper that was installed, previous damage, and coming up with "the crash bar was installed upside down". When, it was just not repaired as a professional body shop would have in the first place. After several weeks of giving the runaround, I decided to just take the car as is. The frustration, time, and hassle was just not worth it anymore. I will never recommend this body shop to anyone.

Kept being told "that's just how it is" "it was repaired correctly" "the parts are not fitting right". Saying the car is ready, so i could pick it up, when it clearly was not repaired correctly.
