They fixed what was supposed to be fixed, but damaged my vehicle from the front in the process. I showed them multiple times, from pictures that they took, that my vehicle was not brought in that way. Pictures were compared and shows visible damage to the bottom front of my vehicle. They refused to take accountability for the actions of their workers. I wouldn’t recommend getting any work done here. It was the person who hit me, who’s insurance who told me to come here. Avoid this place

Overall chemistry of the workers towards each other and towards me just felt like another family I didn’t know I had. Along with knowing I just wanted my car, or as I called it my baby to be well taken care of. And they did just that. Then offering me a ride home and picking me up from work made my life so much easier when life is already filled with challenges as it is. Any company that makes a persons life easier is a great place to always go back in my book. Thank you to the McAllen team by the ford dealer. Just perfect.
