I had a very good experience with Caliber Collision. Pablo Ancer made the repair process a little more reasonable and smoother, because every curve ball that was thrown during the process, he could field and take care of any situation! He not only met but exceed my standards/expectations as a liason for Caliber Collision. Thank you Pablo for your help, kindness, and professionalism! I was very happy with the repairs completed on my vehicle, the paint matched perfectly, little details that I noticed were perfectly applied, new parts were attached in good order, as well as all old parts that were refastened. My only complaint was the length of time I had to drive a rental since Caliber had no loan cars. I should have brought it in, gotten an estimate, order the parts and when they arrive then I would bring the car in. My father would always let the customer drive it as long as it was safe until the parts arrived, that way he was helping them cut down on the expense of auto rental unless one of his loan cars was available.Other than this, it would have been a straight 10.
