First off the settlements were being emailed wrong because the guy at Caliber Collision was spelling Germanic wrong (Germainia) so not will I asked to be copied to the emails did I notice that and myself got the email corrected and sent. Then when the payments were mailed the checks got returned to Germania not once but twice even after Germania was told to resend it to the same address. And these were some of checks that Abraham was waiting for to release my vehicle. Abraham did not do a good job in staying in contact with Germania regarding payments and where the checks were at. On top of all that when they cleaned my car to be released white spots was left all over the vinyl and windows. I was very disappointed in their service and will never go back to Caliber.
