1.) Had to wait over 2 months for Caliber to fix a dented rear bumper. I don’t believe I was a priority even though I explained I didn’t have a rental car for the entire duration of my repair. 2.) I expected my vehicle to be returned to me completely assembled. The roof rack that came with my Subaru was not assembled. After all the time taken to wait for the part (that continuously arrived broken) from the dealer I expected nothing less. 3.) I now have an unexplained issue with my passenger’s side front window that did not exist prior to dropping it off at Caliber. The window cannot be controlled from the driver’s side and it seems that the “one touch” feature of that window is malfunctioning. I will say that I appreciate the weekly communication which was sent via text as I prefer. Could have been a better experience if the reassembly was not rushed on day 60. Thank you.

Fully exceeded my expectations. The paint was matched perfectly(which is very hard to accomplish with red). I'm never going to the dealer for paint repair ever again. 5 stars, hands down
