I went to the shop on Eden Park Blvd. Everyone, from the front desk on, was polite, helpful and just like folks you would want for neighbors! The finished product was great, my truck was returned cleaned, something I really appreciated as I keep it clean. I would not hesitate to take my truck to this location again if needed and have already started telling people about this shop. Please do tell the workers, all of them, how absolutely pleased I am with their skill, work ethic and attitude towards their customers!

During the initial intake it was explained that all parts would be ordered, it wasn’t until the shop possessed that it was discovered the part manufacturer was no longer in business. I believe this should have been researched prior to the intake to minimize down time. In the repair process an OEM part needed to be removed, the part was to be placed inside the truck as the customer wanted to keep it in case of reinstalling at a later time, that did not happen either. Alignment was to be conducted but not corrected. With one tire showing unusual wear, no offer was placed to assist the customer with replacing the tire and conduct correction or the alignment to be corrected with the owner purchasing a new tire within a short time after receiving the truck. The customer driving the truck directly to the tire shop after receiving would not have thrown the alignment back out. The staff was timely with notifications and progress.
