Was originally told 5 days then the day I was to pick it up a Friday they called and said my battery died on Tuesday ...whatever they did I had no dash lites even after I took it for a new battery..I had to return the car with in 2 hours they did a horrible paint job..Tyler told me oh that just needs buffed will take about an hour but it was the Friday before the long fourth of July weekend so they had to call and get my rental back ..I took my car in on June 28th for a 5 day job and didn't get it back til July 9th....they told me the hold up was they took the car back to my dealership to have the electrical problem solved which was a straight out lie as I called the dealer and it had not been taken there..I had no problem at all with the car when I took it in and the repair work was on the back side no reason at all for any electrical problem I understood the battery and took it and paid 140.00 for a new battery then return it to them..I called them this morning because I had a black and red knee brace in the car and it's missing and of course they can't find it so there now I'm out 40.00 for that...when I got the car back originally it's was filthy inside I could write my name in the dust .this place was paid 1229.00 plus they charged the ins for the extra week on the rental for their mistakes ..I feel a refund is due all the way around...this is the first and last time I will ever deal with caliber but I thought them being new to this area I would give them a chance...this place is a joke

Caliber Colision of McKeesport does exceptionally good work and is probably the best body shop I have ever dealt with.

Caliber people were very friendly and east to deal with. They do very good work and are willing to go above and beyond to correct any problems that are encountered. Claudine, Paul and Tyler were exceptionally helpful. They let me informed of the status of my repair throughout the claim.

The work looks great, however there are lights on that weren't on when my vehicle was dropped off, the clamps under my front end isn't pinned in place and it is rubbing my tire.
