Great team. Matt was honest to let me know my tire sensor was on when I got my truck back. No big deal it just took 10 minutes of my time to retrain the system. The truck looks like nothing happened. Terry at the front desk was very patient with my phone calls. Thank you guys!!

The visit with Caliber was extremely pleasant. The receptionist was truly kind,They quickly gave the attention to the repairs requested and gave a fair price and was helpful in saving me money. I was unaware of the comprehensive insurance and I was able to use it with it affecting my premiums. The job was done effectively and everything looks great.I even had a small scratch on a door that I never mentioned but they saw and removed it...at no charge...The building location is new but they have over 1800 locations...there were others but their prices were quite higher I didn't see the technicians..but they did a fantastic job. Other companies gave me 7 days CC just 48 hours. They give prompt updates from start to finish by text. Remember the name Caliber Collision.

I truly appreciate the way you handled my vehicle...and saved me some money. The service was prompt and professional. Greeted with a smile from the time I entered to the time I left. My job was small however the service and details were on spot. I didn't see any of the technicians but they did a fantastic job and I got my vehicle back quicker than expected. The price of my repairs were better than any in the area. .and they told me 7 days...with Caliber around 48 hours..I really like the text updates to show progress. This location has only been at this 280 location for just over a month...but they have over 1800 locations around the country. I will be making referrals.
