The front office is excellent. The body shop delivered my truck with a part that was clearly not installed properly, and my steering wheel and driver side handle had something like adhesive on them.

I explained exactly what problems I was having with the car. My time was wasted and no one listened and heard my concerns. Now I’m dissatisfied, driving a car with problems and the business has received payment. I’m frustrated and the communication has been okay but I could have gone elsewhere. There’s a silent tone of disrespect

Everyone in the shop was very helpful and friendly throughout the entire process. They got my car on Monday and it was ready in that same week which I was truly happy about! My car looks brand new from the front like it’s never been hit. I would definitely recommend this place!
