I explained exactly what problems I was having with the car. My time was wasted and no one listened and heard my concerns. Now I’m dissatisfied, driving a car with problems and the business has received payment. I’m frustrated and the communication has been okay but I could have gone elsewhere. There’s a silent tone of disrespect

I love the professionalism, the hospitality, the updates, turnaround time, and the Product that was delivered to me after my repairs. Everyone in the shop was very helpful and friendly throughout the entire process. They got my car on Monday and it was ready in that same week which I was truly happy about! My car looks brand new from the front like it’s never been hit. I would definitely recommend this place!

Most everyone was understanding and professional throughout the process. Only one person that I had an encounter with at the conclusion of the process, in Pelham, displayed poor customer service. She immediately seemed frustrated at my questions and was initially pretty dismissive of me.

Communication was great. But I came to pickup the car and it wasn’t fixed completely. Pieces of the bumper not fixed, sticking out, very visible issues. The issue is being fixed but I now have to bring my car back and leave it for a full day, with no rental, and I have 2 kids and a wife. Not the easiest to do with my wife on maternity leave with an infant, and me having to go to work. I wouldn’t have said anything on reviews but I have been bombarded with review request.
