They had said my car was going to be ready Wednesday and they had it ready Tuesday all fixed and washed I was very happy with that. Also i was updated frequently so great communication.

Caliber did a fantastic job with our repair! They were able to get us in quickly and completed the work much faster than we expected, which we really appreciated. But the true star of Caliber is Annette! She was absolutely wonderful, knowledgeable, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She truly went above and beyond to make our experience a positive one. Great customer service makes all the difference, and Annette is a perfect example of that! Customer service was mostly excellent, but I was a little concerned to see my check declined. I had money to spare in my checking and an impeccable credit history but the check was declined barely 2 seconds after I had signed it. I've had other repair shops accept my checks without question and they always received their full and prompt payment, but the servicemember who staffed the front desk seemed keen for me to put things on a card instead. I can't imagine why but I got the distinct impression Caliber Collision wanted payment immediately (via a credit or debit transaction) rather than going through any steps to verify or validate a check. It was a minor thing, but I am always wary of businesses that say they "might" accept a check but prefer cards or cash as the first option.

Annette was amazing to work with! She held my hand, so to speak, throughout the process. I received excellent communication from her. Never once did I have to contact her about anything. My car looks as good as it did when I drove it off of the dealers lot. Hats off to the service crew for an excellent job!

I'm amazed how quick the repaired was done that I actually stopped to look before I return my rental. Then I had to make sure it was indeed my car. I told my co workers and even they were surprised. Caliber did great! I was very impressed.

The staff was very professional and efficient allowing me to pick up vehicle a day earlier than planned. They kept me updated on progress daily. I originally was only going for estimate but after meeting Ming staff I was convinced to go with Caliber and did not even get estimates anywhere else. Only disappointment I had was when talking to representative in Texas he pointed to some things that he thought might be covered. When talking to Annette she explained to my satisfaction why those items were not caused by the accident. I would recommend the Merced team to anyone looking for quality repairs Bill Lefferts
