Raj told me my vehicle was ready and then said there was additional repairs he did not get approved before completion. He tried to hold my car and say that the insurance has to pay in full before I can get the vehicle, even though I had the full payment for my estimate and he made the mistake of not getting the addition work approved prior to completion therefore tying to delay my vehicle pickup.

Instead of the auto repair personnel reach out to me I was the one who was in charge of communicating with the repair shop personnel. But since I was communicating with travelers insurance and caliber collision it left me as the middle man in communication.

The lady that I delt was was rude. When I got there and tried to walk into the garage. She barked at me”go around front!!” Being in an accident was new to me. I was asking the guy that rented me the car for advice before signing the paper. She rudely asked me what I was talking to that guy for. Stating “ he’s just the car rental guy” Which was none of her business. He happened to knows great deal about the kind of Mercedes that I owned. I was asking him about how being a salvage would affect the price to sell it.

Customer service with the receptionist was not great she was rude upon picking my car up, even my relative was surprised by her demeanor and was surprised I didn't say something to her.

We were very impressed with Bernice and her friendliness and professionalism. She is an asset to your company. Just when we thought it couldn't get any better along came Raj who was very thorough in his assessment of our car's damage and what it would take to fix it. We instantly felt relieved about the process and we felt we were in very good hands. We could not be happier with the service and the results and we will definitely recommend Caliber Collision to anybody that will listen 😀
