Annette was great to work with! She was able to find some damage that wasn't visible to the eye. The person or persons that did the repair did amazing I can't even tell that there was repair done, looks perfect!

The only issue I had was that after picking up my car, I continued to find glass inside from the broken window that was repaired. It would have been great if the interior had been cleaned more thoroughly to remove the leftover debris. Other than that I was completely satisfied with the work.

They took off my weather stripping to fix my door and cracked it and left it hanging off. I worked at jiffy lube and no matter how old the vehicle if I broke something I’d have to order it and replace it, I do have pics. Also my gas cap is rough opening now like they didn’t fix that part or even look at all. Annett never mentioned to me that I’d have to pay for my tire at the end of it, it wasn’t mentioned to me until i was there to pick it up, and my car was dirty because no one was aware I was on the way when I told my service advisor Annett I was. Annett also didn’t mention the street was getting road work done so I was later to my pick up anyways. After getting my vehicle back my lip fell off of the front of my car. It was tight before going to them and not involved in the accident, just scraped up and loose like someone curbed it afterwards.
