I wish the main company would have just allowed me to communicate with Caliber Collision on my own. It was a pain trying to talk to someone oversees and explain to them how the process works. When I finally got it through to them that I would be setting up my own appointments on my own schedule they still kept the same appointment I turned down and also some sort of car rental
