Other than probably a supplier issue with getting parts everything went well. We were told that it would be about 2 weeks to fix our vehicle but was actually 4 weeks. Was told that a few parts were harder to get.

Professional and completely outstanding work. I had a unique situation that involve insurance not following through with a completion of a job and caliber stepped up and did the right thing when my insurance company did not. A big thank you and with gratitude toward calibers integrity and ethical stand to do the right thing especially where my insurance company lacked. I felt helpless and stuck with a vehicle that was not complete until they made my vehicle whole and perfect again and without judgment and attitude. They were kind toward me and the work was flawless. Thank you caliber staff from the beginning to the end!
