My experience with Caliber Collision was terrific, from start to end. The receptionist was welcoming. She explained the process from dropping off my car to making my payment and waiting for my rental. I did not get her name, but she was great! The service advisor I spoke with, Alex Cuervo, was so kind, informative, and helpful, making the process easy. He always called me back and answered my questions without hesitation.
