The communication from the shop was inadequate throughout the entire process. I frequently had to initiate contact with them to inquire about the progress of my vehicle’s repairs. Upon finally retrieving my truck, I discovered several issues: bolts and trim pieces were missing, and my fog light was malfunctioning. Despite it being more than a week since the initial repairs were completed, the shop has yet to address or finish the additional necessary repairs on my truck.

I can’t say enough about the amazing experience I had at Caliber. From Lexi, who was very knowledgeable and friendly. And was ABOVE and BEYOND helpful. To Danny, who’s team did an AMAZING job on my truck.It looks beautiful. I loved the automated text messages giving updates on estimated dates of completion and Danny always answered the phone to answer any questions I had along the way. I will never go anywhere else for auto body repair. I trust Caliber 100%.

to pick it up today and the outside of the Honda look great, but as soon as my wife got in, she realized that the seatbelt was still jammed from the accident and unusable, which it is a law to wear the seatbelt she was accused of it being a pre-existing condition because three of your associates drove the car. My question is did your three associates even attempt to seatbelt themselves in?

Instead of replacing the front quarter panel, they tried to repair it and ended up smoothing over a body line which is visibly missing now. Very obvious when you look at the driver side
