Instead of replacing the front quarter panel, they tried to repair it and ended up smoothing over a body line which is visibly missing now. Very obvious when you look at the driver side

The repairs you made to my truck were totally fine. However, I went to pick up my truck and had a large scratch between the side windows on the driver side in which the service writer attempted to buff out and push me out the door. I drove home noticing the inside of my truck was dirtier than when I dropped it off. I thought no big deal I will clean it. On Sunday, the first time I drove it since picking it up, I noticed the grab bar had oily hand prints all over it, the headliner around the sunroof was lined in the same, the dash had obvious dirt all over it from the wind shield replacement. I put Caliber on notice and they said they would pick my truck up from my house to detail it on Thursday July 9th. What do you know? I got home at 7pm and my truck is still there dirty as can be. I am so severally disappointed in how you conduct business. I have used your firm for a long time and had nothing but great luck. Not this time…
