Back hatch is not installed evenly. There is between a 1/4 and 3/8 difference between the two sides. I was rear ended by another driver and should not have had to pay a dime But it cost me $600 to replace two tail light assemblies that were very secure before Caliber got their hands on it.

After pick up-came home and realized my reverse camera wasn’t plugged in. I contacted Caliber College about the situation but all techs had already left for the day and to reach back out on Monday. I didn’t realize how dependent I was on that reverse camera for my truck-it felt like the longest wait ever. My husband came home Sunday and I told him the situation and he was able to plug it in himself-it was an easy fix that I’m sure I could have done myself.

The team was amazing! Having never had to file a claim with someone else’s insurance company, I was so lost but Natasha at the front desk walked me through it and handled everything. The techs did an incredible job of making my car look and feel brand new again and finished early. I would highly recommend to anyone needing collision repairs and, while I hope I never need their services again, if I did, they would be my first call.
