I all my years of dealing with body shops this is the worst, instead the day I picked it up they should have scanned it and saw that it was the shutter instead of telling me it was my battery.

Excellent response from the second I walked through the door at the Middleton ID collision center. Got right to business, explained the process, quickly examined my vehicle, filled out the paperwork, and let me know how Caliber was going to send me repair progress updates via text messages. It worked flawlessly. Once the repairs were completed they texted and called me to let me know the vehicles was ready for pickup. I arrived and the service rep explained what was done to the vehicle and we immediately went out to physically inspect the vehicle (they also washed the vehicle!) and then I was on my way. Follow up text and emails explained the warranty on the work. All in all / a great experience.

I am a former owner operator of a high-end auto body and paint establishment. Hence I am very experienced in this type of wok, I am very selective (picky is the precise word)as to what the final finish should look like. I am quite impressed not only with the quality of work on my 120k black beauty but the timeliness to complete the job along with regular process updates is amazing. Top notch.

My car was fixed so fast. Loved the constant updates as the car was being fixed. The finished product was amazing. I was shocked how perfect it was and the workers were very professional and friendly.

They lack attention to detail. The windshield had a small (repairable) rock chip. Instead of letting me know or giving me the option to make the necessary fix to the chip to try and prevent needed a completely new windshield. They put the car in some sort of oven after painting the car. This step cased a small chip into a large crack. I went back to see if they would handle the repair and they would not. They said to turn it in to my insurance.
